Its been a while
I have gotten so bad about not updating this blog since I use Facebook but I want to keep doing this too. So, I am going to get back to updating this regularly. Can't promise it will be anything extremely exciting but at least everyone can see what we are up to. For today I will post a few recent pictures from Chad's birthday night and follow later with a post to update everyone on what we have been up to.

What has Chad been up to?
Chad has been a busy man lately. See for yourself:
He did this when he was at a team building work event shooting clay pigeons or something like that. The end of a shotgun did this...that much I do know.
This is the only part of yard work I will not do...so he does it
Measuring my garden
Building my garden
Helping me till my garden before adding 18 bags of soil. I keep saying "my" garden because this is the extent of what he will do with it. I will be the one to take care of it. I would not have it at all if he had not built it for me though!!
This just does not need any explaining if you know him well enough you know he is pretending that this is a light saber. LOL

Relaxing a little with the youngest two in the house
This is all on top of work and his normal stuff he does around here. Feeding animals, taking out trash, bathing and getting Brodie into bed, fixing random computers, fixing up his car, trying not to think about the fact that school starts back in 2 weeks...you get the point. We keep him very busy. We appreciate everything he does for us and love him more than he will ever know!!!

Backyard Fun!
Brodie's energy level is so high these days. We had to find something for him to do here at home. He is not in Parents Day Out again until the end of August. It is a little cool still for the pool. So, we bought him a swing set. We have to finish putting it together tonight. Anyone that knows me well enough knows that there will be more pictures to follow once it is complete.
Daddy had to take a work call before we got started so Brodie played hide and seek with me.
He loves his playhouse. We found it on Craigslist and he has had a blast with it.
