We have had a bad week

I won't get into how bad and long this whole week has been. In the last 26 hours we have had the worst of it.
The cat attacked Sophie last night and Chad had to take her to the vet for stitches in two places.
We woke up this morning and Brodie's eyes were swollen and crusted shut. I took him to the doctor and he has conjunctivitis (pink eye). Tonight the boys were upstairs playing and Brodie hit Buddy (in-laws dog that we have been fostering) on the head and Buddy turned around and bit Brodie.

Sophie is on meds for 10days and will be fine. Brodie will get even more love than usual this weekend and will be fine. The spot (as you will see) is small so I am not worried. I think some teeth scratched him pretty bad too. He is on meds for his pink eye. I am on edge and Chad is ready to run away. It could be worse but that doesn't take away from how bad it feels to us. The dog is leaving tomorrow. He just can't stay. I am sad that it had to be like this but we can't take a chance.

I know everyone has things going on and needs prayers. We do right now. Please pray for us that things will get better. That we will get through these things that God has chosen to test us with.
